FAQs

Is this an abstinence-based program? Do I have to be completely sober to take part?

  • No. We believe you are your own best teacher. Therefore, this program puts you in charge of your own pace of recovery. You are responsible for your own progress and are free to choose your own course of action when it comes to your recovery process.
  • That said, this program is emotionally challenging and, despite your best intentions, the work is likely to trigger a desire to avoid, numb out or run from difficult feelings that will arise. If you are not able to sit through the discomfort without resorting to bad habits, you might inadvertently cause yourself more pain and struggle to make progress.

How can I ensure I get the best results?

  • Take part in the program at a time where you have made significant progress on your own and feel capable of being challenged to continue forward without causing yourself the pain of falling back into old habits.
  • Enroll at a time where you have the capacity to do the work. If you have too much on your plate, you will struggle to find the energy required to make progress.
  • Give yourself permission to make time for yourself (be selfish!) during this 8 week period.
    • Let your friends and family know you are involved in a program that may require you to request personal time and/or space so you can tend to your needs and make progress.
  • Work with a therapist while going through the program.
    • This program is meant to compliment other forms of therapy, it is helpful to discuss with a professional who can provide further insight and support your through the process.
  • Participate in the Group Calls.
    • Leaning into vulnerability is a great catalyst for creating change. One of the best ways to show up for yourself is through using your voice to process feelings out loud and to name your areas of struggles.
    • People in recovery tend to isolate and keep to themselves, which perpetuates bad habits. This program provides the opportunity to be in community and connected to people who share in the same struggles. By showing up to Group Calls, you will hear yourself in others and find that you are not alone, which is an important part of the healing process.

How many people will be taking part in each program?

We tested group sizes and determined that smaller groups make for a better community experience where everyone feels connected and receives the individual attention they need. There will be 20 individuals taking part in the program, from all over the world.

What types of people benefit most from this type of program?

  • Those who are self-aware and honest with themselves.
  • Those who are open-minded and willing to be willing.
  • Those who are here of their own will.
  • Those who are genuinely tired of feeling stuck and are ready to do what it takes to create change.

Do I have to speak during the Group Calls? Will I need to have my camera on?

  • We understand how difficult it can be to use our voice for these types of vulnerable shares, and we respect that some may not be able to bring themselves to do so, but we also encourage people to rise to the challenge because of its transformative power.
    • These call spaces are kept small and hosted by coaches with experience in creating safe, comfortable spaces for these types of shares.
    • This is a great opportunity to make an effort to get out of your comfort zone, so you can get the full benefit of releasing difficult emotions and feel fully supported by your peers.
  • You do not need to turn your camera on for calls.

I can’t make it to all the Group Calls, can I still take part in the program?

  • Group calls are a very significant part of the transformative process. We recommend being present for each call, otherwise you will miss out on value and risk diminishing outcomes.

Is there a money back-guarantee?

  • Yes! We are so confident in this program that we do offer a full money-back guarantee.
    • If you complete the program and find you didn’t get value out of it, we will refund your money.
